Road Creation stepped in to help Barnet Hub to design their logo to convey their mission. Barnet Hub is an independent Community Interest Company with an aim to develop innovative, collaborative and creative solutions that commission new events, experiences and public spaces to connect people, place, and community.
We have created a logo that combines two thoughts into one. The icon of a roof that provides shelter, a home to all; and that numerous roofs contribute to one community, demonstrating Barnet Hub as a platform that serves a community by connecting people in the local neighbourhood through events and activities.
The image also figuratively resembles the Chinese word “human”. The two strokes symbolises a man giving support to the community, which is exactly what Barnet Hub does, a place that provides support, shelter and eventually boosting the local economy.
