
To mark the launch of Samsung's Flagship Experience Store in Kings Cross London a celebrity-laden press event was hosted for 500 people marking the first 'space selfie' led by celebrity, model & actress Cara Delevingne. Working with Samsung's CMO Benjamin Braun and his team through Kitchen Theory, a range of instagrammable canapes and cocktails were developed to elevate the event into another stratosphere.
Working with Kitchen Theory’s creative direction, every aspect of the experience food and drink was curated combining modernist cooking techniques, to visually engaging presentation and serving rituals a memorable evening was brought to life, with cocktails featuring smoking guns and glass cloches, blow-torched marshmallows, dry ice, colour changing mixes, galaxy edible glitter swirling cocktails and canapes featured edible soil, ashen asteroid rocks, planet cake pops and edible ‘air.’ Service pieces were carefully sourced and produced to blend seamlessly into the backdrop of the multisensory event and elevate the menu experience, POS was produced explaining the menu and narrative and a brigade of staff were trained to be a part of the experience and managed to work with the event run of show.
