Everyone drinks tea, everyone buys tea. How can one stand out from the competitive tea markets and pitch their product to these various tea consumers? Road Creation stepped in to Lantin Tea to assist with establishing a brand strategy and visual identity. Picking the name “Lan tin” pays tribute to the old poem "Orchid Pavilion" by Wang Xizhi, which shows the tea’s 2000-year tradition from its long ancient history back in Tang dynasty.
The Danchong Tea is the royal tea of choice in ancient China, Road Creation used this to position Lantin being a brand with history, supremacy, and elegance. To grant the brand a tangible form, we have adopted the Danchong flower as the brand icon which represents sophistication, femininity and nobleness. The team has hired a crew to produce a photo shoot in Phoenix Mountain, where Danchong was grown and brewed. Through pictures of the mountain, it further demonstrates the aura and spirituality of the Danchong that successfully upscales Latin Tea in the industry.
