MES used to be a traditional local production house that only transact and execute orders. Their business strategy became stagnant and wished to achieve more. We stepped in and helped to rebrand MES into a global one-stop agency. We have revamped their website and brochures, created english contents, and expanded the business line by adding consultancy services that cover the customer from start to finish. We have also led MES to make their way into the international market and gained some foreign exposure by joining trade shows in the UK and making their international footprint. MES was then successfully sold as a business and received decent revenue.
